  · Represented the "Zero Sense" trademark invalidating case, the Beijing Higher People's Court revoked the original judgment of the first instance which helped the famous domestic condom manufacturer Wuhan Jissbon Sanitary Products Co., LTD to maintain the core brand. The case was selected as "Top Ten Typical Judicial Cases of Trademark Authorization and Confirmation in 2020" by the Beijing Intellectual Property Judicial Protection Society and won the "Business Achievement Award of 2021" by Guangzhou Lawyers Association.

  · Represented the plaintiff Technology Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen against the defendant Internet Technology Co., Ltd. in Guangzhou and the other two defendants in the copyright infringement dispute of an online programming language interactive course, the judges adopted the infringement comparison opinion submitted by her, found that the defendant constituted malicious infringement, ruled the defendant to stop infringement, and bear the liability for compensation. This case was selected as the "Lingnan Excellent Intellectual Property Litigation Case of 2021" by the Guangdong Intellectual Economy Development Promotion Association and Guangzhou Lawyers Association, "Typical Case of Internet Content Platform" by the Guangzhou Internet Court, and won the "Business Achievement Award of 2021" by Guangzhou Lawyers Association.

  · Represented a Shenzhen technology company against a Guangzhou network technology company in a dispute over the unfair competition of group control software. The court adopted the evidence and opinions of our parties and ruled the defendant to bear 3 million yuan in compensation and a public apology to eliminate the impact. The case was selected as the "Lingnan Excellent Intellectual Property Litigation Case of 2020" by Guangdong Intellectual Economy Development Association and Guangzhou Lawyers Association.

  · Represented the case of personal information infringement by application reading clipboard, which was selected for CCTV's five-episode documentary "Ongoing Civil Code" (premiered on CCTV's 12th "Society and Law" channel from January 1 to 5, 2022). It has been promoted by the Supreme People's Court website, Communist Party Member website, CCTV website, China Youth Daily, China Press and Publication Telegraph, NetEase News, and other influential media, and won the "Business Achievement Award of 2021" by Guangzhou Lawyers Association.
