2019年6月21日下午，在中国法学学术交流中心主任尹宝虎的带队下，中国法学会外国法律专家代表团一行莅临广东广信君达律师事务所参观并举办国际投资经贸法律风险及对策研讨会。上述代表团包括中非法律人才交流项目第六期研修班成员（分别为来自埃及、埃塞俄比亚、喀麦隆、毛里求斯、莫桑比克、纳米比亚、南非、尼日利亚、塞舌尔、坦桑尼亚、津巴布韦、印度、尼泊尔等非洲国家的政府法律官员、检察官、顾问和律师等）以及来自马来西亚、越南、缅甸、印度尼西亚、菲律宾等东南亚国家与新西兰的律师。

  On June 21, under the arrangement by China Law Academic Exchange Center, a delegation of foreign legal experts from the China Law Society came to our Law Firm for a visit and a seminar on 'International Investment and Economic Law Risks and Countermeasures Symposium' was held in the afternoon. The delegations also included members from the sixth seminar of the African Legal Talents Exchange Project ( Including government legal officials, prosecutors, consultants, lawyers from Southeast Asian countries such as Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia, Philippines etc. )

  广信君达高级合伙人王晓华、全朝晖、尹恩林、慕亚平、刘华、王春平、闪涛及合伙人叶世宝、咸芳，与曹杨欣柳、龚子英、程珂昵、周泳秀、许月、冯熠德、唐浩森等律师或翻译同事热情接待来宾。

  7 senior partners attended the seminar while 9 lawyers play the role of translators for the guests when showing them around our firm.

  研讨会全程以英文进行，各国律师齐聚一堂，对话各国法律服务发展。研讨会由本所闪涛律师主持。

  The seminar was conducted in English. Guests gathered to share the development of legal services in their nations. The seminar was presided by senior partners Davy Shan.

  首先，本所高级合伙人、合伙人会议主席王晓华以英文致欢迎词，对各位远道而来的法律工作者及中国、广东、陕西法学会领导的莅临致以诚挚的欢迎。随后向来宾介绍了本所在涉外法律服务、国际化开拓等领域获得的成绩。他表示，希望通过本次交流，在座的各国法律工作者能凝聚法治共识，释放合作潜能。

  First of all, chairman of the Partners' Meeting Wang Xiaohua delivered a welcome speech in English. He introduced the foreign-related legal services in our firm and expressed the willingness of strengthen the cooperation between different firms in this field.

  随后，本所高级合伙人闪涛律师介绍了我国律师及广东律师业发展的基本情况，他表示在“一带一路”倡议和粤港澳大湾区建设的大背景下，广东律师迎来了极大的发展机遇，中非各领域法律合作前景广阔。

  Davy Shan introduced the the development of lawyers in China and Guangdong province briefly. He mentioned that under 'the Belt and Road initiative' and ‘Guangdong-HongKong-Marco Greater Bay Area’ policy, lawyers in Guangdong are facing great opportunities and challenges in the future.

  中国法学会外国法律专家代表团肯定了广信君达及广东律师行业的快速发展，也表示了与本所合作的强烈期望。中非法律人才交流项目第六期研修班班长主动提出，要鼓励非洲的学生到广信君达交流。

  Delegation of foreign legal experts from China Law Society appreciated the rapid development of our firm and lawyer in Guangdong province while representative Mrs. Tebogo Lefifi expressed strong expectations for cooperation with us in different fields on different level.

  与会的各国法律工作者积极发言交流，希望各方有更多往来，以推动和加强各方司法领域、律师实务领域的交流与合作。

  All guests participated and exchanged ideas actively， hoping that there would be more exchanges between China and African countries at all levels to promote cooperation in different legal practice fields.

  中国法学学术交流中心主任尹宝虎表示，法治是“一带一路”建设的重要目标和保障，法律体系是实现中非可持续合作的关键之一，互相了解和熟悉各国法律框架显得尤为重要。最后他对广信君达提出鼓励与期望，希望广信君达作为广州规模较大的律师事务所，积极走出去，与外国同行进行深入的交流与合作。

  Yin Baohu, director of the China Academic Exchange Center for Law concluded that the importance of rule of law in China and the construction of 'the Belt and Road initiative' and it is particularly important to understand the familiarity and difference of legal framework in various countries. Finally, he expected our firm would participant more actively and have in-depth legal cooperation with foreign colleagues on different level.

  广信君达始终积极响应国家“一带一路”倡议，通过本次研讨会，增进了广信君达律师与各国法律工作者间的友谊并深化共识与合作，进而为共同为“一带一路”建设作出积极贡献。今后，广信君达将努力搭建中外法律合作新平台，为“一带一路”法治建设添砖加瓦！

  Our firm responded positively to 'the Belt and Road initiative'. Through this seminar, we have promoted the friendship between all legal practitioners from different nations. In the future, our firm will aim to build more platforms for legal cooperation between China and foreign countries.
