代表团成员与受访单位分别在法学教育、法学研究、法律实务合作等诸多法学与法律领域进行了广泛而深入的交流。受访单位普遍表示非常希望和中国的法学界同仁进行多方位、多层次的交流，增进相互了解，加深未来合作。尹宝虎主任作为代表团团长介绍了中国法学会团体的基本情况和中国“一带一路”建设及法治建设的成果，并表达了加深交流和合作的愿望，同时真诚邀请及欢迎受访单位积极参与中国法学会在国内将要举办的各类交流活动。最后，尹宝虎主任代表中国法学会向各受访单位赠送了《习近平谈治国理政》及相关学术书籍与纪念品。

　　The members of the delegation and the reception units conducted extensive and in-depth exchanges in law and legislation fields such as legal education, legal research, and legal practice cooperation. The reception units generally expressed their great desire to conduct multi-faceted and multi-level exchanges with Chinese legal scholars, in order to enhance mutual understanding and deepen future cooperation. Director Yin Baohu, as the head of the delegation, introduced the basic situation of the China Law Society group and the achievements of China's “Belt and Road” construction and rule of law construction, and expressed the desire to deepen exchanges and cooperation. At the same time, he sincerely invited the reception units to actively participate the various activities of the China Law Society to be held in China. In the end, on behalf of the Chinese Law Society, Director Yin Baohu presented the "Xi Jinping's Talks on Governing the Country" and related academic books and souvenirs to the reception units.

　　参访期间，中国法学会代表团还参加了由亚太法协“一带一路”委员会组织的、哈萨克斯坦律师协会与Unicase律师事务所协办的“一带一路”穿越中亚：经济与法律发展法治论坛，来自中国、哈萨克斯坦、印度、印尼、马来西亚的专家学者和律师就与“一带一路”相关的经贸、投资、知识产权、数据保护等议题进行了精彩发言。

　　During the visit, the delegation of the China Law Society also participated “Belt and Road” through Central Asia: Economic and Legal Development Rule of Law Forum hosted by the Asia-Pacific Law Association’s “Belt and Road” Committee, organized by the Kazakhstan Bar Association and Unicase Law Firm. Experts, scholars and lawyers from China, Kazakhstan, India, Indonesia, and Malaysia gave wonderful speeches on topics such as trade, investment, intellectual property, and data protection related to the “Belt and Road”.

　　2013年9月7日，中国国家主席习近平在访问哈萨克斯坦期间发表重要演讲，首次提出共建“丝绸之路经济带”倡议，作为中国“一带一路”沿线国家的第一个国家，哈萨克斯坦与中国的交往日益密切。阿塞拜疆地处南高加索地区，位于欧亚两洲交界，是欧亚大陆的“心脏地带”和东西南北交通走廊交汇的“十字路口”，地理位置十分重要，是“一带一路”视域下欧亚大陆交通枢纽的一个重要节点。阿塞拜疆也与中国一直保持着长期友好关系。因此，中国法学会代表团此行受到了哈萨克斯坦及阿塞拜疆受访单位的热情接待。

　　On September 7, 2013, Chinese President Xi Jinping made an important speech during his visit to Kazakhstan. He first proposed the “Silk Road Economic Belt” initiative as the first country in China along the “Belt and Road”, Kazakhstan and China’s exchanges are getting closer. Located in the South Caucasus, Azerbaijan is located at the junction of Europe and Asia. It is the “crossroads” of the “heart zone” of Eurasia and the intersection of the east, west and north traffic corridors. The geographical position is very important. It is the Eurasian region under the “Belt and Road” vision. An important node of the continental transportation hub. Azerbaijan has also maintained long-term friendly relations with China. Therefore, the delegation of the China Law Society was warmly received by the reception units from Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.

　　代表团通过此次实地调研与参访活动，一方面增进了与哈萨克斯坦相关法学团体与组织的相互了解，另一方面更切身地感受到“一带一路”倡议给沿线国家所带来的积极影响力。代表团的受欢迎程度超出预期，交流与讨论也非常热烈，此次参访活动为将来与“一带一路”沿线国家在法学与法律层面进一步加深合作、推进民间交往奠定了良好的基础。

　　此次参访活动也表明，一方面应当进一步加强在“一带一路”框架下对沿线国家的实地交流与调研，实地交流更有利于增进相互了解、掌握沿线国家法治发展的最新动态以及中资企业在法律需求方面的实际情况；另一方面交流活动应该在法学教育、法学研究、法律实务、仲裁实务等各个方面进行全方位的交流，从而能够在“一带一路”法治建设与合作上为国家提供更具实效性的意见和建议，进一步推动我国“一带一路”倡议向更高水平发展。
