2020年8月20日上午，阿根廷驻广州领事馆前任副总领事、经济学家、海外投资顾问Mario Quinteros先生(马里奥•金特罗斯)到访广信君达律师事务所，与本所高级合伙人闪涛律师，李媛媛律师亲切交谈，双方对南美投资事宜进行交流分享。

  On the morning of August 20, 2020, Mario Quinteros, an economist, former Vice Consul General of the Argentine Consulate General in Guangzhou, visited ETR Law Firm and had a cordial talk with Lawer Davy Shan(senior partner of ETR Law Firm) and Lawyer Ally LI. Both parties exchanged and shared investment experiences and legal services in South America.

  闪涛律师首先代表本所对马里奥•金特罗斯先生的到来表示欢迎，向来宾简要介绍了本所的发展历程和整体情况，并介绍了本所跨境金融与投资法律研究中心的概况及展望。马里奥•金特罗斯表示，深刻感受到本所在规模化、专业化、国际化、品牌化发展获得的成绩，对本所在涉外法律服务的业绩和工作表示赞赏，感谢本所的热情接待。随后，金特罗斯先生详细深入地介绍了南美投资方面的宝贵经验。

  First of all, Lawyer Davy Shan gave a warm welcome to Mr. Quinteros, he also gave a brief introduction of ETR Law Firm and the Cross-border Financial and Investment Law Research Center of the firm. Mr.Quinteros was impressed by the achievements of ETR Law Firm in the development of scale, specialization, internationalization and branding, and expressed thanks for the invitation to visit the firm. After that, he shared the experiences of investing in South America.

  马里奥•金特罗斯精通西班牙语、英语、法语，曾任阿根廷驻外大使、驻伊朗大使，曾被派往捷克共和国、匈牙利、科威特、阿拉伯联合酋长国、印度和中国（驻广州领事馆），在国际贸易领域拥有非常广且深的人际资源。金特罗斯先生曾帮助众多中国企业及经济研究机构了解海外市场，如帮助华晨汽车对阿根廷市场进行调研，为广东省政府的经济调研机构提供海外市场分析等，并带领中国公司投资阿根廷、西班牙等众多海外国家。

  Mr. Quinteros had been an ambassador in Iran and had been posted to The Czech Republic, Hungary, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, India and China (consulate in Guangzhou), which provide him with wide and deep interpersonal resources in international trade. Mr. Quinteros had helped many Chinese enterprises and economic research institutions understand the overseas market, provided overseas market analysis for the economic research institutions of Guangdong provincial government, and led Chinese companies to invest in Argentina, Spain and many other overseas countries.

  双方通过此次交流，彼此之间有了更为直观的了解和认识。双方均表示，期待今后建立更为深入的交流与合作，致力于为更多的中国企业“走出去”提供支持和帮助。

  Through the meeting, both parties have  more understanding ，hoping more in-depth exchanges and cooperation in the future, and committed to providing supports and assistances for more Chinese enterprises going abroad.
